| 1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 10 hour shifts 6a-4:30p | |||||||||||
| •Experience required: 2 years and /or completion of Weld Program from Technical College | |||||||||||
| •Ability to pass a manual weld test | |||||||||||
| •Process = pulse MIG | |||||||||||
| •Must be able to weld tubing | |||||||||||
| •Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications | |||||||||||
| •Ability to efficiently set up welder parameters and fabricate weldments of moderate complexity that meet the quality expectations | |||||||||||
| •Proficient in the use of inspection tools: calipers, weld gauges, undercut gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, height gauges and tape measure | |||||||||||
| •Ability to perform welder machine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues | |||||||||||
| •Production welding experience preferred | |||||||||||
| •Experience working in a manufacturing environment | |||||||||||
| •Able to work in a fast-paced environment | |||||||||||
